The client can go to the Contact page and fill-in their details and the dates they are interested in. If more information is needed, the section 'message' can be used. On clicking 'send message', the form is sent automatically.
Also there is a phone number at the bottom of each page.
When a reservation has been agreed, Cortijo Chalmalar will send its bank details by email or sms. To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rent is made by bank transfer. On receipt of the payment, a confirmation will be sent to the client by email or sms. From the time of agreeing to pay the deposit, the client has 5 days to do so. If the payment is not made in this 5 day period, the dates will become available again.
The second payment of 50% is made in cash on the day of arrival, or, if the client prefers, it can be paid by bank transfer 15 days before arrival.
If the the reservation is cancelled by the client up to 20 days before the start of the stay, a full refund will be made. If cancelled after this time, the deposit stays with Cortijo Chalmalar and is valid as a deposit for any future booking of the client.
